During her graduate studies, Jane explored the world of Baroque Opera on the DePaul Opera Theatre stage. Under the baton of Steven Mosteller and the stage direction of Harry Silverstein, Jane performed as Ninfa in Monteverdi’s L’Orfeo, and the attendant in Purcell’s The Fairy Queen.
Additionally, Jane has also performed in operetta and musical theatre, playing such roles as Aline in Gilbert and Sullivan’s The Sorcerer, under the direction of Matt Boresi, and Rapunzel (Into the Woods), and Johanna (Sweeney Todd).
Jane has had the pleasure of participating in master classes taught by Nicole Cabell, Bob Heitzinger, Kurt Hanson, Harold Bauer, Tracy Watson, William Watson, Michael Ehrman, Theresa Brancaccio, and Rebecca Schorsch.
Jane completed class levels 1 to 3 at Blackbox Acting in Chicago, where she studied the Meisner method. She also studied acting at The Second City and Acting Studio Chicago.
